Who:	All kids in grades Kindergarten to 12th Grade can play.
Where:	The University of Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC) campus; University Center; 5000 Rockhill Rd., KC, MO 64110
Sections:	3 Sections, K-2, K-5, and K-12.
Rounds:	6 Rounds; 30 minutes per player, also known as Game 30. Rounds 1 and 2 will be GM/20. Rounds will start directly following the completion of the previous round. All players will play all six games. If you need to leave early or arrive late, please notify the tournament director.
Byes:	You may request as many byes as needed however you may only have one ½ point. Any additional byes will be zero point byes. You must also request these byes before the first round starts.
Registration:	8:00 – 9:00 AM; 1st Round begins promptly at 9:30 AM. If you attempt to register after 9 AM then you will be incur a zero point bye for round one and then paired for Round 2. If you have registered in advance, then you will be paired automatically for Round 1.
Entry Fee:	$10.00
Onsite Entry Fee:	$20.00
Membership:	We will be using www.mychessrating.com (MCR) ratings this year.
Awards:	Award ceremonies will commence once the section is completed. For example, the K-2 section could finish with their games by 1PM and we would hold their award ceremony at 1:15.
Miscellaneous:	Will be available on-site provided by the cafeteria services of UMKC. Skittles seating/registration will be in Pierson Auditorium. The adjacent side rooms are where the tournament sections will be played.
Equipment:	Please bring clocks.
